Can I make one payment for both my electric & internet bill?

Since Cookson Hills Electric and Cookson Hills Connect are operated as two separate companies, you are not able to make one payment for both of your electric and internet/phone bills. While you are welcome to enclose both payments in a single envelope, please make certain you separate the payments and indicate the individual account numbers for each bill. This helps ensure your internet and electric bills receive the proper credit.

*Please note* If you currently take advantage of our Automatic Bank Draft option for your electric bill, you must complete new paperwork for the internet bill if you wish to utilize Automatic Bank Draft for your Cookson Hills Connect account.
