At Cookson Hills Connect, we are committed to helping close the digital divide and ensuring our customers have access to high-speed internet and connectivity options needed in today’s world.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to access the connectivity they need.

That’s why we’re pleased to participate in the Lifeline program to offer a discount on broadband and phone services for qualifying households.

Federal Lifeline

Through Lifeline, eligible Cookson Hills Connect customers can receive one of the 2 discounts listed below.

• $9.25 off the monthly cost of broadband only or broadband and phone packages.
• $5.25 off the monthly cost of phone-only packages.

How to qualify (subject to change):

• Participate in SNAP, Medicaid, or other Federal Assistance Programs, including Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), or Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
• Household income of 135% or less than Federal Poverty Guidelines
• Have a child or dependent participating in any of the programs listed above.

Enhanced Lifeline for Tribal Lands

If you live on Tribal Lands, eligible Cookson Hills Connect customers can receive a discount of up to $34.25 off the monthly cost of broadband only, phone only, or broadband and phone packages, and up to a $100 one-time discount on connection charges.

How to Qualify

Live on federally recognized Tribal lands and:

• Participate in SNAP, Medicaid, or other Federal Assistance Programs, including Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), or Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
• Household income of 135% or less than Federal Poverty Guidelines
• Participate in Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Head Start, Tribal TANF, or Food Distribution Program
